What is the essence of our technology?

A smokeless bunker utilization reactor disposes of any waste and generates hot gases. In the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, gases heat the "working fluid” of the ORC turbine. The turbine drives the generator, producing electricity in a closed loop.

NEW GENERATION SOLID FUEL UTILIZATION REACTOR

The bunker solid fuel utilization reactor is a vortex disposal reactor designed for the efficient elimination of solid waste with a humidity of up to 85%: wood waste, solid household waste, MSW, peat, agricultural waste, chicken manure, rubber, plastic, construction, medical and other waste.

The solid fuel utilization reactor does not require additional fuel during waste disposal. Combustion is carried out through a vortex process and air supply by a high-pressure fan.

DESCRIPTION AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

BUNKER UTILIZATION REACTOR OF A NEUTRON-ORC-TT POWER PLANT:

01. Complete combustion and cleaning without smoke and odor

The process takes place in a system consisting of one main chamber and five afterburning chambers, which guarantees complete combustion of pyrolysis gases. For final cleaning, flue gases pass through a thermally expanded graphite (TEG) filter and a closed ejector recirculation system that effectively trap CO2 and other harmful compounds - eco-friendly operation without visible smoke and odor.

02. Turbolization Effect in the filling chamber

The vertical cylindrical furnace chamber is equipped with spirally positioned nozzles. They create a “turbolization” effect – they swirl hot air flows, ensuring intensive mixing and the most efficient combustion of fuel/waste.

03. Dual waste loading system

Two waste loads are provided:

-The upper feed from the loader. The body is equipped with an upper automatic rollover.

- Automatic fuel supply from the warehouse. The raw waste is fed into the utilization reactor through a retort with a screw conveyor (250 mm pitch) from the fuel hopper.

04. Ash unloading

Movable grates and a conical ash receiver ensure automatic removal of residues by an auger. The process takes 3-5 minutes.

05. Low ash content

The ash residue does not exceed 1.5-5% and is a loose gray powder.

06. Trap-bumper for complete afterburning

A Trap bump is installed in the upper part of the chamber, which optimizes the movement of incandescent gases, increasing their residence time in the high temperature zone for complete decomposition.

Heat transfer from the bunker utilization reactor to the second block of the ORC turbine circuit of the waste power plant:

When disposing of raw waste in a utilization reactor, hot flue gases are sent to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, where their heat is transferred to an organic coolant (Freon) used in the organic Rankine cycle ORC block.

The heated freon drives a centrifugal type ORC turbine, generating electricity from the generator. Thus, the Neutron-ORC-TT series mobile power plant allows for the simultaneous disposal of waste and generation of electrical energy.
